ELECTRO-PNEUMATIC SERVICE
SW Line can supply any electrical/pneumatical part of the Waterline machine.
SW Line is not only about the commercial supply of the parts but also serves the customer in the installation and programming process, in case it is necessary.
Please note that some items are out of production.
SW Line, through its technical staff, can replace obsolete parts with modern products.
MACHINE RETROFITTING
SW Line can perform machine retrofitting on Waterline machines and other brands' machines.
We specialize in:
• Replacement of electrical panels
• Replacement of motors and brushless drives that are out of production
• Sercos Fieldbus replacement using Ethercat Fieldbus
• New HMI implementation
• Scada System implementation
NEW ELECTRICAL PANEL
Thanks to a collaboration with Solware (solware.it), SW Line can provide large size and high power switchboards.
Per request, the construction of the switchboard will comply with UL-CU Normative as well as CEE standards.
ELECTRICAL DRAWING
Yet again, thanks to a collaboration with Solware (solware.it), SW Line can provide a service of wiring diagrams remake and, in case of retrofitting, new wiring diagrams on Eplan.
